What floor plans are available at Eventide?
Eventide offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes, with layouts that feature open-concept kitchens, screened porches, and corner wrap-around balconies in select homes. Our available floor plans list the square footage and layout details for each home.

What features come with each apartment?
Every home at Eventide includes 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, custom white cabinetry, Energy Star stainless-steel appliances, and an in-home washer and dryer. Wood-style flooring runs throughout, and select homes add kitchen islands, pantries, and linen closets.

Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Yes. Each apartment home at Eventide comes with an in-home washer and dryer, so laundry stays private and convenient. Select homes also offer extra pantry and closet space to keep everything organized.

Is there a pool?
Yes. Eventide has a resort-style saltwater pool with a tanning shelf, a poolside outdoor grilling station, and complimentary WiFi in the pool area. It is one of the most popular gathering spots in our community during the warm Lowcountry months.

Is there a gym on site?
Eventide has a 24-hour fitness center along with a dedicated yoga and spin room, so you can exercise on your own schedule. Both spaces are available to residents as part of our community amenities.

Are pets allowed at Eventide?
Yes, we welcome pets at Eventide, with a maximum of two per apartment home. Some dog breeds are restricted, and several non-traditional pets such as fish, small domesticated birds, and hamsters are also permitted. Is there a dog park?
Yes. Eventide is a pet-friendly community with a leashless dog park where your dog can play off-leash, plus an on-site dog wash station to clean up afterward. These features make caring for pets easy without leaving home.

What are the leasing office hours?
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. You can call us at 843.874.5309 during those hours with any questions.

Is parking available?

How are packages handled?
Eventide provides package lockers with delivery notification, so your deliveries stay secure until pickup. You will get an alert when a package arrives and can collect it at your convenience.
